This program is designed for students interested in startup operations, business analytics, and zero-to-one company building.
Interns participate in structured learning projects and support operational initiatives in an educational capacity.

What You'll Learn & Work On
- Build weekly KPI dashboards and operating reports
- Analyze funnel performance (waitlist -> event -> retention)
- Support campus growth experiments and campaign tracking
- Assist in documenting operational playbooks
- Conduct market and partnership research
- Observe cross-functional coordination between product and growth
Intern projects are structured and supervised.
Interns do not independently manage live operational systems.
